I know a lot of people use just a text editor for programming with PHP but I seem to be spending more time using a full fledged IDE. So what do you guys use? Please discuss and argue in the comments! Thanks!

I don’t do all that much PHP development, so it would take a lot of time to learn to use a new IDE for not that much gain. I use Kate (a text editor) which has more than enough features for me.
Kate is pretty neat, don’t ever really use KDE though. When I’m in Ununtu, I just use gedit.
