Tutorials Galore!

I just wanted to let everyone know I will be starting an entire series about blogging with WordPress soon. WordPress is far and away the best blogging platform there is. It’s pretty lightweight, it’s simple to use, and can be easily changed up by use of themes.

The first post will be covering the super easy install of WordPress. If you don’t have any familiarity with hosting your own software on a web host, don’t worry, that is about where we will be starting.

If you don’t want to host your own WordPress, you can go to WordPress.com and sign up for the hosted version. It is very capable for simple blogging, but you can’t have your own domain name, and the personalization possible hosting it by yourself isn’t there. This tutorial will be geared to the self-hosted version, but a lot of stuff covered here that isn’t programming or design related will still apply.
